Understanding the Dashboard
The Home dashboard gives you a quick overview of your product performance, consumer engagement, and items needing attention.
Access the dashboard
Click Home in the sidebar (or click the Veribl logo). The dashboard is the first page you see when you log in.
Key metrics
The dashboard displays:
- Scan trends — a chart showing QR code scans over time
- Registration trends — a chart showing product registrations over time
- Total scans — cumulative scan count for the selected period
- Total registrations — cumulative registration count
Date range controls
Use the date range selector at the top to filter data:
- Last 7 days — recent activity
- Last 30 days — monthly overview
- Last 90 days — quarterly trends
- Custom range — select specific start and end dates
Quick actions
The dashboard provides shortcuts to common tasks:
- Products — view your product catalog
- Alerts — items needing your attention (incomplete products, compliance gaps)

- Overview — the main metrics view
- Alerts — notifications about products needing attention
- Products — a quick view of your product catalog
Tip: Check the dashboard regularly to spot trends. A sudden increase in scans for a specific product may indicate a marketing campaign is working or a product issue is driving consumers to seek support.
