Email Automations
Veribl sends automated emails to consumers after they register a product. Configure which emails are sent, when they're triggered, and what they say.
Email types
Veribl supports four automated email types, each triggered at a different point after product registration:
| Email | Trigger | Default delay | |---|---|---| | Warranty Confirmation | Immediately after registration | Instant | | Product Tips | After registration | 3 days | | Review Request | After registration | 14 days | | Accessory Recommendation | After registration | 21 days |
Enable or disable emails
- Navigate to Automations in the sidebar
- Each email type is listed with a toggle
- Click the toggle to enable or disable each email
- Changes take effect immediately for future registrations
Tip: Start with the Warranty Confirmation email — it provides immediate value to consumers and has the highest open rates.
How triggers work
All automated emails are triggered by product registration:
- A consumer registers their product via the product page
- Veribl checks which email types are enabled
- Each enabled email is scheduled based on its delay
- Emails are only sent to consumers who gave marketing consent (except Warranty Confirmation, which is transactional)
Email processing
Scheduled emails are processed by a background job. Emails are sent via Resend and include:
- Your brand logo and accent color
- Unsubscribe link in the footer
- Product-specific content
Consent requirements
- Warranty Confirmation — sent to all registrants (transactional)
- Product Tips, Review Request, Accessory Recommendation — only sent to consumers who opted in to marketing communications
