Create the product
- Go to Products and click Add Product › Create Manually.
- Enter a Product name and a SKU / model number. Both are required.
- Optionally add a Category and a short Description.
- Click Create product.
Veribl opens the new product for editing. It starts as a Draft, which only your team can see.
Fill in the details
On the Details tab:
- Upload a Product photo. A clean photo on a white or transparent background works best.
- Choose a Product type if you have created any. It decides which specification fields the product has.
- Add the GTIN (the barcode number) if you have one. It lets the QR code use a standard GS1 link.
- Fill in the Specifications. They appear on the product page and the AI Assistant uses them to answer questions.
Changes are saved when you confirm them in the save bar that appears.
Add documentation
Open the Documentation tab. You can Write article, Generate with AI, Upload manual or Add Q&A. Customers read articles on the product page and in your Help Center, and the AI Assistant learns from manuals and Q&A. See Help Center.
Preview, then go live
Click Preview at the top to open the customer page. When it looks right, switch on Live. See Product statuses and publishing.
Get the QR code
Open the QR & links tab and download the QR code as PNG or SVG. See QR codes.
Tip: Scan the QR code with your phone before it goes to print.
