Getting Started

Veribl gives every physical product a page, a QR code and a place for customers to register, get help and read your guides. This article covers signing up, finding your way around, and a sensible first week for a brand team.

Create your account

  1. Go to app.veribl.com and sign up.
  2. Confirm your email if you signed up with an email and password.
  3. Enter your company details when asked.

New accounts start with a 14-day trial of the Growth plan. When the trial ends, the account moves to the Starter plan unless you choose a paid plan under Settings › Billing. See Billing for what each plan includes.

Find your way around

The sidebar on the left has these areas. You only see the ones your role gives you access to.

  • Home: your headline numbers and what needs attention
  • Products: your catalog, imports and QR codes
  • Passports: Digital Product Passport rules, data and publishing
  • Customers: contacts, registrations and feedback
  • Flows: automated emails after registration
  • Helpdesk: support requests in one inbox
  • Warranties: registrations, claims and warranty plans
  • Commerce: accessories and buy links on your product pages
  • Help Center: the articles customers read
  • AI Assistant: the assistant on your product pages
  • Branding: theme, emails, media and custom domain
  • Analytics: scans, registrations, chats and sales

Settings is at the bottom of the sidebar. Get started at the top opens a setup guide that checks your progress against your real account data, so it is the same for everyone on your team.

Your first week

  1. Set up the account. Fill in Settings › Company and add your logo and brand color under Branding. Invite colleagues under Settings › Team.
  2. Add products. Create one by hand, import a CSV, or connect your Shopify store. See Your first product, Bulk import and Shopify app.
  3. Get the QR codes. Download each product's QR code from its QR & links tab and put it on the product, box or manual. See QR codes.
  4. Add a passport if you need one. If you sell in the EU, open Passports to see which rules apply and what data is missing. See Passport rules and readiness.
  5. Shape the product page and Help Center. Pick a theme under Branding, then write setup guides and troubleshooting articles under Help Center. See Consumer product pages and Help Center.
  6. Turn on the AI Assistant. Add guidance and knowledge under AI Assistant and try it in the Playground before customers do. See AI Assistant.
  7. Watch registrations come in. Once products are live, registrations appear on Home and under Warranties › Registrations. See Product registration.

Tip: New products start as drafts. Customers who scan a draft's QR code see a "not available yet" page, so you can set everything up before going live. See Product statuses and publishing.
