Export your customers
- Open Customers.
- Optionally search or filter the list.
- Open the menu in the filter bar and click Export customers.
- A file named
contacts-followed by today's date downloads.
The export is built on the server, so large lists do not slow your browser. Each export is recorded in the Audit log with the number of rows.
Note: The button always downloads the contacts file. Do not rely on page filters to limit it.
What the contacts file contains
Each row is a customer, with these columns:
- First Name, Last Name, Email
- Product
- Registered and Warranty Expires
- City and Country
- Email Consent
- Tags
- Owner Health and Health Reasons
Other data
The same menu also has Export registrations, Export AI chats and Export feedback. Each downloads a CSV. You can also export registrations from Warranties › Registrations. For regular pulls of this data, use the REST API (Growth and Enterprise).
Tip: Marketing consent is per brand. Only email people whose Email Consent says they subscribed to your brand. See Consent and privacy.
