Custom Domains
Use your own domain for your consumer-facing product pages instead of the default Veribl URL. Available on Enterprise plans.
How it works
By default, consumer product pages are served from Veribl's domain. With a custom domain, consumers see your brand's URL (e.g., products.yourbrand.com) instead.
Set up a custom domain
- Navigate to Help Center in the sidebar
- Open the Advanced tab
- Enter your custom domain (e.g.,
products.yourbrand.com)
Configure DNS
Add a CNAME record with your DNS provider:
| Type | Name | Value |
|---|---|---|
| CNAME | products (or your subdomain) | custom.veribl.com |
Tip: DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate, though most providers update within minutes.
Verify and provision SSL
- After configuring DNS, return to the Advanced tab in Help Center
- Click Verify & Provision SSL
- Veribl checks your DNS configuration and provisions an SSL certificate via Cloudflare
- The verification badge shows the current status:
- Pending — DNS not yet detected
- Verified — DNS configured, SSL provisioning in progress
- Active — fully provisioned and serving traffic
SSL certificates are automatically provisioned and renewed — no manual certificate management needed.
After setup
Once verified, all consumer product pages are accessible via your custom domain. Existing QR codes continue to work — consumers are automatically redirected to your custom domain.
