AI Support Chat

Veribl's AI Support Chat gives consumers instant answers about your products, powered by the content you add in the dashboard.

How it works

The AI chat is available on every published consumer product page. When a consumer asks a question:

  1. The AI searches your product's content sections (specifications, care instructions, warranty, manuals, etc.)
  2. It generates a natural-language answer based on your content
  3. The consumer can ask follow-up questions in the same session

The chat draws exclusively from the content you've provided — it won't make up information or reference external sources.

What powers the chat

The AI uses all content associated with the product:

  • Specifications and features
  • Care and maintenance instructions
  • Warranty terms and conditions
  • User manuals and documentation
  • Repair guides
  • Troubleshooting steps
  • End-of-life and recycling information

Tip: The more detailed your product content, the better the AI can answer consumer questions. Include common FAQs, troubleshooting steps, and detailed specifications.

Viewing chat sessions

Track consumer chat interactions in your dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Customers in the sidebar
  2. Click the Chat tab
  3. View chat sessions with timestamps and consumer details
  4. Click a session to see the full conversation

Chat sessions are linked to the consumer's contact record if they've registered or provided their email.

Chat availability

  • AI Support Chat is available on all published products with content
  • Products with no content sections will not show the chat widget
  • Chat is available on the Growth and Enterprise plans
