Compliance & Regulations

Manage regulatory compliance for your products across multiple frameworks and markets.

Access Compliance

Click Compliance in the sidebar. The compliance section has two tabs:

  • Overview — compliance status across your product catalog
  • Regulation Setup — configure which regulations apply to your products

Compliance overview

The overview shows:

  • Compliance score — overall percentage of products meeting requirements
  • Products needing attention — products with incomplete compliance data
  • Regulation coverage — which regulations you've configured and their completion status

Supported regulations

Veribl supports compliance tracking for:

  • ESPR (Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation) — material composition, recyclability, carbon footprint, repairability
  • REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) — substance declarations
  • RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) — hazardous material compliance
  • WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) — end-of-life and recycling obligations

Set up regulations

  1. Navigate to Compliance > Regulation Setup
  2. Select the regulations that apply to your products
  3. Configure market-specific requirements
  4. Veribl automatically flags which compliance fields are required for each product based on its category

Compliance data on products

Each product has a compliance section in its editor:

  1. Open a product from Products
  2. Navigate to the compliance fields
  3. Fill in required data — material composition, certifications, recycled content, etc.
  4. Veribl validates your entries in real time and shows a compliance score

Tip: Start with your highest-volume products. The compliance overview helps you prioritize which products to tackle first.

Markets

Configure which markets you sell into under Markets in the sidebar. Market selection determines which regulations apply and what compliance data is required.
