Open the customer list
Click Customers in the sidebar. The list shows one row per customer with these columns: Name (with email), Product, Registered, Scans, Chats, Location, Health, Consent and Tags.
If nobody has registered a product yet, you see an introduction instead. Customers appear here as soon as someone registers on a product page.
Find and filter customers
Use the bar at the top of the list:
- Type in the search box to find customers by name or email.
- Open the filters to narrow by Email consent (Subscribed or Not subscribed) or Owner health (Happy, Neutral, At risk).
- Use the quick views All, Subscribed and Not subscribed.
Hover a Health pill to see the reasons behind it. See Owner health.
Click the number in the Chats column to open that customer's chat history without leaving the list.
Open a customer profile
Click a row. The left side of the profile shows who the customer is:
- Highlights — counts of scans, chats, feedback and claims.
- Owner health — the status and the reasons behind it.
- Channel consent — whether they are subscribed to your marketing email, and since when.
- Products — each registered product with serial number, registration date, where it was bought and warranty status ("Warranty until ..." or "Warranty expired").
- Tags — the tags assigned to the customer.
- Information — name, email, location, "Customer since", and how they found you (source, medium, campaign, referrer).
The right side is an activity timeline. Use the filter above it to show All activity, Registrations, Scans, Chats, Feedback or Warranty claims. Click a chat in the timeline to read the conversation. If the customer has chats, a View chats button appears in the page header.
Work with several customers at once
Select rows with the checkboxes. You can then:
- Click Add tag to apply an existing tag, or create a new one in the same menu. See Tags and segments.
- Use the bulk Delete action to remove the selected customers and their data. You are asked to confirm, and it cannot be undone.
To download the list, open the menu in the filter bar and click Export customers. See Exporting customer data.
Where claims, tickets and feedback live
The customer list is not where you handle warranty claims. Open them from Warranties › Claims (see Warranty claims). Claims, chats and feedback still show up on each customer's timeline.
Tip: Customer-level actions such as exporting require the right permission. If you do not see the export options, ask an owner or admin to update your role.
