- Go to dpp.veribl.com.
- Enter your Work email and click Continue.
- Enter the 6-digit code from the email we send. It expires in 10 minutes. Use Resend code if it does not arrive.
- Leave Keep me signed in ticked to stay signed in for 30 days, or untick it for a 12-hour session.
- Click Sign in.
There is no password. The first time you sign in, an account is created for your email. Use the same email the brand used when they invited you or sent you a request.
The portal pages
- Workbench — your home page: open requests with filters for Open, Overdue, Due this week and Completed, your brands, your passport access and recently viewed passports
- Requests — every data request addressed to your email, split into Waiting for you and History
- Passports — open a passport by GTIN and serial number or from a link
- Brands — the brands you work with, what they let you see and what they ask from you
- Organisation — your profile, colleagues, and your declarations library
Answer a data request
- Open Requests and click the request, or click Answer on the Workbench.
- If you have answered something similar before, use Reuse a previous answer to start from it.
- Enter your company name.
- Under Materials, list each material with its type, share by weight (the shares should add up to 100%), recycled percentage, and whether it is recyclable or biodegradable.
- Under Certificates, add each certificate with its issuer, number, issue and expiry dates.
- Optionally add Notes for the brand.
- Click Send to brand.
Only the brand that asked sees what you send. The request page shows its status: Waiting for you, Sent, being reviewed, Accepted, Sent back or Cancelled by the brand. If the brand sent your answer back, the page shows their message. Use Change answer to fix it, then click Send updated answer.
Attach certificate files
For each certificate you can attach a file, such as a PDF or a photo of the certificate. Use Remove file to replace it. The brand can open the file when it reviews your answer.
Declarations library
Save what you send often so you can reuse it for any brand.
- Under materials, click Save to library to save a material set, for example "Aluminium housing".
- Next to a certificate, click Save to library.
- When answering another request, use Add from library… to insert saved items, then check they still apply.
Manage saved items under Organisation.
Request access to a restricted passport
Passports have a public part that anyone can read. Brands can restrict some data to partners.
- Open the passport (use Passports, or scan the QR code).
- Click Request access and explain why you need it. For example "We recycle EV batteries for this brand in Germany."
- The brand reviews your request. Your Brands page shows requests that are still waiting.
A brand can also invite you directly by email or give your whole organisation access by email domain. Access is either Legitimate interest or Authority, and has an end date. Your Workbench lists the brands that gave you access.
View restricted data
Once a brand has given you access, sign in at dpp.veribl.com and open the passport. The same sign-in works on the passport pages, which then show the restricted data your access level allows. Under Passports, the Published by your brands list gives you quick links to every published passport from those brands.
Colleagues
If you sign in with a work email, Organisation lists colleagues who signed in with the same domain, and shows brands that gave access to your whole organisation. Personal addresses have no organisation to share.
