Analytics & Reporting
Track how consumers interact with your products through scans, registrations, and engagement metrics.
Access Analytics
Click Analytics in the sidebar. The analytics section has four tabs:
- Overview — high-level metrics and trends
- Engagement — detailed interaction data
- Users — consumer demographics and behavior
- Geographic — scan and registration data by location
Overview tab
The overview shows key metrics at a glance:
- Total scans — number of QR code scans across all products
- Total registrations — number of completed product registrations
- Conversion rate — percentage of scans that result in a registration
- Top products — most-scanned and most-registered products
Use the date range controls at the top to filter data by time period (last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or custom range).
Engagement tab
Dive deeper into consumer interactions:
- Scan trends — scans over time as a line chart
- Registration trends — registrations over time
- Chat sessions — AI Support Chat usage
- Store promotion clicks — clicks to your online store
Users tab
Understand your consumer base:
- New vs returning consumers
- Device breakdown — mobile vs desktop
- Browser distribution — which browsers consumers use
Geographic tab
See where your consumers are located:
- Map view — scan and registration density by region
- Country breakdown — top countries by activity
- City-level data — for more granular analysis
Tip: Use geographic data to identify strong markets and inform localization decisions. High scan volume in a region may indicate demand for localized content.
