Importing Products via CSV

Import products in bulk using CSV files. This is the fastest way to add a large catalog to Veribl.

Access import

Click Import in the sidebar. The import section has three tabs:

  • CSV Import — upload and map a CSV file
  • Integrations — connect external systems (coming soon)
  • History — view past imports

Upload a CSV file

  1. Click Upload CSV and select your file
  2. Veribl reads the file and displays a preview of the data
  3. Review the detected columns and row count

Map fields

After uploading, map your CSV columns to Veribl product fields:

  1. For each Veribl field, select the matching column from your CSV
  2. Required fields: Product name and Model number
  3. Optional fields: description, category, brand, serial number, etc.

Tip: Save your field mapping as a template if you'll import similar files again. Saved templates appear in the mapping step for one-click reuse.

Validate and import

  1. Click Validate to check your data for errors
  2. Veribl flags any issues — missing required fields, duplicate model numbers, invalid data
  3. Download the error report to see which rows need fixing
  4. Fix errors in your CSV and re-upload, or proceed with valid rows only
  5. Click Import to create the products

Import history

View all past imports under Import > History:

  • Import date and time
  • Number of products created
  • Number of errors
  • Status (completed, partial, failed)

Click an import to see details and download the error report.
