Consumer Product Pages
When consumers scan a product's QR code, they see a branded product page with all the information and tools they need. This guide explains how content maps from your dashboard to the consumer experience.
What consumers see
The consumer product page includes:
- Product name and images — from your product's basic details
- Product description — the summary you entered when creating the product
- Specifications — technical details and features
- Care instructions — maintenance and usage guidance
- Warranty information — coverage details and registration prompt
- Manuals and documents — downloadable PDFs and linked resources
- Repair information — repair guides and service center details
- End-of-life instructions — recycling and disposal guidance
Interactive features
Beyond static content, consumers can interact with:
- AI Support Chat — instant answers about the product powered by your content
- Product registration — register the product for warranty and updates
- Store promotion — your brand's store link and promotional content (configured in Brand Hub)

Branding
Consumer product pages inherit branding from your Help Center settings:
- Logo — displayed in the page header
- Accent color — applied to buttons and interactive elements
- Font — used throughout the page
- Border radius — controls the roundness of UI elements
Configure these in Help Center settings.
Multi-language support
Product pages automatically detect the consumer's browser language and translate content accordingly. See Multi-Language Support for details.
