Setting Up Your Help Center

The Help Center controls the branding and appearance of your consumer-facing product pages. Configure your logo, colors, support channels, and navigation.

Access Help Center settings

Click Help Center in the sidebar to open the configuration page.

Branding

Customize the look and feel of your consumer product pages:

  1. Logo — upload your company logo (displayed in the page header)
  2. Hero image — optional banner image for your help center landing page
  3. Headline — the main heading consumers see
  4. Description — a brief description of your support resources

Appearance

Fine-tune the visual design:

  • Accent color — applied to buttons, links, and interactive elements
  • Font — choose a font for your consumer pages
  • Border radius — control the roundness of buttons and cards (from sharp to fully rounded)

Tip: Match your accent color to your brand guidelines for a consistent consumer experience across your website and Veribl product pages.

Support channels

Configure how consumers can reach your support team:

  • Email — support email address displayed on product pages
  • Phone — support phone number
  • Chat — enable or disable the AI Support Chat

Add custom links to your consumer pages:

  1. Click Add Link
  2. Enter the link label (e.g., "Visit our store", "FAQ")
  3. Enter the URL
  4. Links appear in the consumer page navigation
