Getting Started
Welcome to Veribl. This guide walks you through creating your account, setting up your first product, and generating a Digital Product Passport.
Create your account
- Visit app.veribl.com and click Get started
- Enter your work email and create a password
- Verify your email address via the confirmation link
- Complete your company profile — name, industry, and primary market
Once verified, you'll land on your dashboard where you can start adding products.
Set up your first product
From the dashboard, click New product and fill in the basics:
- Product name — the consumer-facing name
- SKU / model number — your internal identifier
- Category — select the product type (electronics, textiles, etc.)
- Description — a brief summary of the product
You can always edit these details later. The product will be saved as a draft until you publish it.
Add compliance data
Navigate to the Compliance tab on your product to enter the required ESPR data:
- Material composition — list materials and their percentages
- Carbon footprint — lifecycle emissions data
- Repairability score — based on EU scoring methodology
- Recycled content — percentage of recycled materials
- End-of-life instructions — disposal and recycling guidance
Veribl validates your data against ESPR requirements in real time and flags any missing fields.
Generate your Digital Product Passport
Once your product data is complete:
- Go to the Passport tab
- Review the auto-generated DPP preview
- Click Publish to make the passport live
- Download your QR code for packaging and labeling
The QR code links directly to your product's Digital Product Passport — scannable by any consumer with a smartphone.
