Exporting Customer Data

Export your customer data as CSV files for reporting, analysis, or integration with other tools.

Export contacts

  1. Navigate to Customers in the sidebar
  2. Select the tab for the data you want to export (Contacts, Registrations, Chat, or Feedback)
  3. Apply any filters or tag selections to narrow the data
  4. Click Export in the toolbar
  5. The CSV file downloads to your computer

What's included in each export

Contacts export

  • Name, email, phone
  • Registration count
  • Last activity date
  • Tags
  • Marketing consent status
  • Consent date

Registrations export

  • Consumer name and email
  • Product name and model number
  • Serial number
  • Registration date
  • Warranty expiry date

Chat export

  • Consumer name and email
  • Product name
  • Session date
  • Message count
  • Conversation transcript

Feedback export

  • Consumer name and email
  • Product name
  • Rating
  • Feedback text
  • Submission date

Filtered exports

Exports respect any active filters. If you've filtered contacts by tag or searched for a specific term, only the matching records are exported. To export all data, clear all filters before exporting.

Tip: Export is processed server-side, so large datasets won't slow down your browser.
