Editing Products

Update your product information at any time. Changes to published products update the live consumer page automatically.

Edit product details

  1. Navigate to Products in the sidebar
  2. Click the product you want to edit
  3. Make your changes in any section
  4. Changes are saved automatically

What you can edit

Basic information

Update the product name, description, model number, images, and other core details. Changes to published products take effect immediately on the consumer product page.

Content sections

Add or update specifications, care instructions, warranty information, manuals, and other content. Updated content is immediately reflected in AI Support Chat responses.

Compliance data

Update material composition, certifications, and other compliance fields. Veribl re-validates your data after each change and updates the compliance score.

Version history

Veribl maintains a history of changes for every product:

  1. Open the product editor
  2. Click History in the top toolbar
  3. Select a version to preview
  4. Optionally restore a previous version

Bulk editing

To update multiple products at once:

  1. Go to Products and select the products using the checkboxes
  2. Click Bulk edit in the toolbar
  3. Choose the fields to update
  4. Apply changes across all selected products

Tip: Bulk editing is useful for updating shared attributes like categories, compliance data, or brand information across your catalog.
