Contacts & Customer Data
The Customers section gives you a unified view of every consumer who has interacted with your products — through registrations, scans, chat sessions, or feedback.
Navigate to Customers
Click Customers in the sidebar. The page is organized into tabs:
- Contacts — unified view with one row per consumer (primary tab)
- Registrations — all product registrations
- Chat — AI Support Chat sessions
- Feedback — consumer feedback submissions
Contacts tab
The Contacts tab shows a de-duplicated list of all known consumers. Each row displays:
- Name — consumer's first and last name
- Email — their email address
- Products — number of registered products
- Last activity — most recent interaction
- Tags — assigned tags for segmentation
- Consent — email marketing consent status
Searching and filtering
- Use the search bar to find contacts by name or email
- Filter by tags to segment your audience
- Filter by consent status to see who has opted in to marketing

Click any contact to view their full profile:
- Registration history
- Chat sessions
- Feedback submissions
- Tags and consent status
Registrations tab
View all product registrations with:
- Consumer name and email
- Product name and serial number
- Registration date
- Warranty status
Chat tab
View AI Support Chat sessions with:
- Consumer details
- Product discussed
- Session timestamp
- Full conversation transcript (click to expand)
Feedback tab
View consumer feedback submissions with:
- Consumer details
- Product name
- Feedback content and rating
- Submission date
