Access settings
Click Settings in the sidebar. The settings section has five tabs:
- Personal — your profile and account
- Company — company details
- Team — team members and roles
- Billing — subscription and invoices
- Notifications — email notification preferences
Company settings
Navigate to Settings > Company to update:
- Company name — your brand name (shown on consumer pages and emails)
- VAT number — for invoicing and compliance
- Country — your primary operating market
- Website — your company website URL
- Logo — your company logo (used in emails and consumer pages)
Click Save after making changes.
Tip: Your company name and logo appear on all consumer-facing pages and automated emails. Keep these up to date to maintain a professional appearance.
Personal settings
Navigate to Settings > Personal to update:
- Name — your display name
- Email — your account email address
- Profile photo — your avatar shown in the dashboard
Notification settings
Navigate to Settings > Notifications to control which email notifications you receive:
- New product registrations
- Feedback submissions
- Team activity
- Billing and account alerts
