Free trial
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan. During the trial, you have access to all Growth features. When the trial ends:
- If you subscribe to Growth or Enterprise, your account continues seamlessly
- If you don't subscribe, your account is downgraded to the Starter plan
- A 3-day grace period allows you to subscribe without losing any data
Access billing settings
Navigate to Settings > Billing to manage your subscription.
Upgrade your plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Upgrade
- You'll be redirected to the Stripe checkout page
- Complete payment
- Your plan is upgraded immediately
Manage your subscription
Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal where you can:
- Update your payment method
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- View and download invoices
- Cancel your subscription
Feature limits
When you reach a plan limit (e.g., maximum number of products on Starter), you'll see an upgrade prompt. Existing data is never deleted — you simply can't create new items beyond the limit until you upgrade.
Downgrade behavior
When downgrading from a higher plan:
- Existing products are preserved but excess products may be archived
- Features not available on the lower plan become read-only
- Email automations and webhooks are paused
