The audit log is a history of changes made in your account: who changed what, and when. Use it to answer questions like "who edited this product?" or "when was this webhook turned off?". It is for admins and anyone who needs to review changes.
The audit log is available on every plan.
Open the audit log
Go to Settings › Audit log. Changes are listed newest first. If nothing has changed yet, the page says so. Each product's page also has its own history of changes to that product.
What is recorded
Veribl records changes made to your data by:
- People on your team
- The AI — shown as AI, with the model name
- An API key — shown as API
- The system — automatic changes, such as a plan change when a trial ends
The log covers many areas. Examples: products and their content, product types and fields, markets and languages, passports and passport access, warranty plans and claims, registrations, customers and tags, exports, flows and emails, commerce items and discount codes, team members, company settings, custom domains, billing, API keys, webhooks, integrations, help articles, helpdesk settings and AI assistant settings.
Actions include Created, Updated, Deleted, Published, Unpublished, Archived, Restored, Imported, Exported, AI generated, Translated, Invited, Removed, Revoked, Connected, Disconnected, Turned on, Turned off and Ownership transferred.
When a change touches several fields, each field gets its own entry. Names are kept as they were at the time, so an entry still reads well after the item is deleted.

The table has these columns: When, Who, What, Change and From → to. Click a row to open the details: who made the change (with their email), what it applied to, the value Before and After, a Note if there is one (for example "Trial ended"), and the IP address when it was captured.
